What bearing does the lack of awareness by the GM have on the story? Except perhaps to say that at the time, anything went and therefore anything was possible.

I could be wrong (easily) but it seems to me that the opening of a table for a few minutes is probably less visible (or of an issue), than designing, ordering, processing to Gaming (approval is on page 233 of the current PDF Chip and Token Appoval archive) and receiving the chips.

Again, I am not happy with the origin of these chips, nor of the participants involved, but we cannot un-ring that bell.

In the meantime, these chips were brought forth from a legitimate casino, under the authority of an employee authorized to act for the casino, approved by the regulatory agency responsible for approval, and made by an authorized manufacturer.

Or am I wrong? And if so, please explain.
