A trait of Borland chips is that they are most always near new or uncirculated.

Is there a paper trail of Borland suppling and Hotel Nv. receiving chips ? How many of which ? Curious.

Mayby they were shipped and never arrived ( Intercepted by a chip collector )or were never put on the tables.
