Here is a scan of the entire set with mixed versions of the "Special Events" NCVs (HHR and Tri-Club) along with a Dealer's Tip Chip Coupon that is branded "Lady Luck".

If thats not enough paper, how about the included Win Cards brochure which features live action Lady Luck chips in the picture...

After getting these I did not go back to the Lady Luck, so I do not know if they ever got the official "Win Cards Chips".
