LAMBERT'S CAFE II - Ozark, MO (a must do, Ozark is about 30 - 60 miles outside of Branson).
Ride a Duck - There are 2 or 3 companies who do this.
Silver Dollar City (aka Steal your Dollar City).
Stone Hill Winery - free tour and samples!
Hard Luck Cafe - yep HARD LUCK (not Rock) and the Uptown Cafe. Good Breakfast in a 50's type cafe.

There are a few outlet malls and a couple of antique malls - but I've never found any chips there.
Oh, and they have some type of music shows there 
FYI, No casino's in Branson, Only in Kansas City.
