I had a conversation with the TCR authors a couple of years ago about putting TCR on CD. TCR costs an incredible amount to produce, mostly in the preparation on the guide. If TCR were put on CD, it would be too easy to copy and thus deprive the authors of the revenue they need in order to recover the cost of producing the guide. If the technology were able to prevent unauthorized copies, TCR on CD would be possible.
