They were made by Osborne Coinage. Osborne dropped the hologram type for lenticulars themselves. Ive had samples of both types for sale in the past.
At the London gaming show, Osborne had a huge range of 'fancy' center tokens on display but sadly no samples. Ive never seen any of these types in use though - price may have something to do with it.
