Plafair was a club located on the Idaho/Washington border east of Spokane (also known as Post Falls) in the late 40s. It was one of the many clubs back in the "good old days" when gambling wasn't truly considered illegal in Idaho. I have the blue and a yellow chip, but had never seen the red. Yeah, Idaho, like Mark says, "I've seen things here!"
