As to why Roland Shoff would create a new eBay ID?... I would have no idea. But if one was putting together a puzzle, Mr. Shoff seems to have an eBay Store that goes by the name: COLLECTIBLE CASINO CHIPS. The new eBay ID is "collectiblecommemorativecasinochips". All three (Mr. Shoff) and the two eBay ID's are located in the same city in Florida.
