The government shall make no laws that are in violation of the 1st Amendment. I can have a club and have rules, and state you can't be a member of my club or have access to my property if you don't agree with those rules. We do still have freedom of association in this country. Even within those confines, you still have all of your God given rights under the 1st Amendment. In other words, you can say what ever you want, but, no private entity is obligated to provide you a platform from which to do so. A simple example would be, if Greg so chose, he could ban you from this forum, and there wouldn't be a thing you could do about it.
