In the 1950 phone book there's a listing for D&D Club 103 S. 3rd....821
The same listing is in every directory we have that lists Elko (1950, 51, 52, 55, 56, 63), right up through 1963...except that in 1963 the phone number is 738-9496.
1963 is the latest listing we have for Elko. The earliest we have is 1945, and there was no D&D listed in 1945.
I checked a few yellow pages, but couldn't find D&D listed. I checked listings for Clubs, Cocktail lounges, and Beer Parlors. They didn't list casinos back then.
Not a lot of help, but at least you have an address...
