I have separate central AC units upstairs and downstairs.

I called a guy to replace my upstairs unit (3½ ton coil and compressor). The guy quoted me $5500 for cCrrier. I called someone else: $2450 for a similar HEIL. Granted, Carrier is the best, however even a Carrier would have only cost $3750 from my HEIL guy.
