TAO chef de cuisine Josh ‘Moses’ Thomsen has fed many a celebrity during his time with the popular Asian bistro, but last Thursday he may have fed his pickiest celebrity yet when Sean Preston Spears dined with his famous parents and a group of friends. Baby Spears dined on mashed carrots, spinach and asparagus specially prepared by Thomsen who made a few other accommodations for the party who requested mashed potatoes, which aren’t on the menu. “Over my many years in the kitchen, and of all the celebrities I’ve served, it’s the first time I’ve served a famous baby,” Thomsen happily noted before adding that rock legend Carlos Santana also dined at Tao that same night. “Carlos came in with his wife and a group of friends and ate our famous Chilean Sea Bass and Fried Rice among other menu items.”
