I recently bought a new all in one printer/scanner/copier to help me with my chip collection but the scanner does not seem to like the 'hot pink' as used on 50c chips or brighter orange. The scanner model number here in the UK is a Hewlett Packard PSC 1410. Any advice on how i could rectify this problem would be appreciated as HP told me to 'contact the chip manufacturer'!!!
