I will give you that. Are you telling me you don't understand the references to fishing? One person implied that fishing competitions, which are considered sport have a significant luck factor, like poker, but are not illegal. The other said that people can obsess to excess and in detriment to their own life about anything, like fishing. We don't, however, illegalize anything that a person can obsess about. We leave most things up to the individuals.
