I stopped in at the Bear River casino today - just south of Eureka, CA. A very nice little casino. They were just starting a $20 + $5 poker tournament and the manager told me he had about 80 people signed up. He also said they will be issuing a First Anniversary $10 chip on about the 10th of next month. He said it would be an oversized chip limited to 500.

Nice dinner too - the hotel gave us a two for one coupon. Nice place to stop if you are traveling through on US 101.
