Thought I might be able to help you. Went up and got one that I had. I thought I had more but only the one. It has the donkey on one side and an elephant on the other. Nov. 7 is the date on the chip.
Looking at my chips I see that, before Christmas of 2000, they didn't put the editions on the chips.
I went to the Gaming site and looked it up in the history of chip releases and they don't list how many were produced. They do list it by a description of design and colors, and that it was produced by Flamingo..., who I guess owns/owned O'sheas.
Most of the other chips that I have from O'Sheas, had the number of chips produced and a serial number for the chip on them.

Based on what I have, I find it hard to believe that an edition would be that low or that odd of a number. But, I can't tell you for sure. Hopefully somone else can add some info.
