Guess who mounted them in their holders?
In Response To: Harvey's Bicentennial Chip w/Flip ()

In 1976 Harvey's issued one of their first Bicentennial chips. Over a period of two months Howdy Herz packaged about 2,000 chips for sale in the gift shop. The elaborate, original holder also housed a Bicentennail $2 bill.
