I recently acquired (from a coin collector) a pair of uncirculated $2 Harvey's Bicentennial chips...
the gentleman said that when he bought them at the Harvey's cashier cage back in 1976, they
came with their own special plastic flips... seems very collector-friendly, doesn't it?
