Hello Robert. The "SPLASHBAR" by itself is just the bar in the back of the Riviera Casino, but during the Convention each year it becomes a meeting place for members, Dealers, Club Officers, Guests, Etc(such as the Devil Girls). At any time of the day or night you will find someone there & more often than not they will be talking about "Chips". Also it is a place where freinds that only get to meet once a year gather to have a cold one & talk about the past year & have a little fun after each day after attending the Conv.
