This was posted over on ChipTalk.net, by mizuchaud. Follow the link to read an article from the National Archives' Prologue Magazine, September 2003, Volume 35, Number 1.

The article indicates that President Harry S. Truman, while at the White House had a set of TR Kink (small crown) poker chips (Presidential Seal inlays) and that after he left the White House, the chips followed him to his post-Presidential office and then to the Harry S. Truman Library.

The article also includes a picture of the chips (red, white, blue and yellow), and an authorized, 1949 picture of him playing poker with the boys.

This seems different than what we've heard about a Boeing Aircraft ordered set of Presidential chips for Air Force One, that was never used.
