Rich you have 2 chips from my grandmother’s ivory set IE-YC "tulip" and IO-AB "5". There were about 20 extra chips that would not fit in the rack. Over 20 years ago I traded them away to build up my singles collection. Drew and Tegan both picked out a set, I have a set and both of our granddaughters received a tulip the day of their birth. In High school the gang played every Wednesday night with a few Saturday nights. If the game was at a friends house I always took the ivory chips. After playing with ivory chips no one wanted to play with plastic chips. This is the set that started me collecting chips. Around 1972 I started looking for other ivory and clay chips. Before long I was collecting casino chips that were only 20 to 30 years old. I thought who really wants a chip that is only 30 years old?
