I think the last time I saw a perfect chip like your weird one, I was at a Grateful Dead concert against my will!!!!!! 
So, back to square one...I have never seen a chip that could be called "perfect." Uncirculated, yes. Perfect....nope. I challenge you or anyone to show me a "perfect chip"
