If I win a bid on Ebay of 2 chips. The description says "good used condition". And the scan are face up of one side that looks ok.
I receive the chips and they look damaged to me.
One is discolored on edges and the center of both chips' edges or indented around the edge.....Also, the chips seem to have residue and crumble a little.......
Now what does anyone suggest I do about this?????
