Dinner of Champions
What’s a busy Vegas fight weekend without an ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson sighting? After taking in the fight, the ex-heavyweight champ dropped by Sushi Roku (Forum Shops) with his entourage to chow down on a variety of non-helix related house specialties. The champ worked the dining room with his entourage, pausing to take pictures and chat with fans on his way to Roku’s private dining room. The party dined on Kobe Ishiyaki, thinly sliced Kobe beef cooked tableside on hot river rocks, Chilean Sea Bass and an assortment of sushi and rolls specially prepared by Roku’s sushi master, Yoshi Nakazawa.
