Well, Well, Here we go again The winner of the "SPLASHY 2" award will be announced as soon as the 397 secret judges send in their votes & the private company I hired(at great expense to myself of course)count them. Also there will be a 398th vote this year, as Doug "CIGARMAN" Smith as the winner of the 1st "SPLASHY" award has a vote & has already sent it in. It will be sometime in Aug. when the winner is announced & let me tell you, this year is as close as it can get.
