Seeing more hands per hour will change the odds of catching a 5th suited card for a flush or of flopping trip dueces when all in to beat the 2 pair that you called? I'm not an "IT guy" (though I do play one on TV ) but I beg to differ. More hands per hour changes the frequency with which you see situations, it SHOULDN'T change the odds of those situations occuring.
My opinion is based on records of several hundred thousands of hands played over 2 years on stars and other sites. It wouldn't really matter what study I produced though since people whose egos are linked to some online success will never believe it wasn't pure skill and even losers would rather chalk their losses up to not paying attention then admit they are being scammed. And spare me the flames please, YES, I ADMIT, it was my own wounded ego that caused me to start looking at the results and testing my theory in the first place.
