I've been meaning to tell you, I don't think the Broadway chip is from Chicago. Broadway in Chicago runs north/south. It's probably East St. Louis, Illinois, sold through a Chicago distributor.

I noticed there was a T-mold version of the Lake Shore Country Club chip. It was made in the 1970s. One of the last T-molds ever made.
