Many California Club artifacts show the owners name on them. Using TGT, Fuller's Index, and Doug Saito's Chip Chat and auction catalogs... my best guesstimate is Phil Copley 1951-1954, Phil Long 1954-1964, Frank Schivo 1964-1970.
