If you have already installed the software and getting that error when you try to connect, please double check to make sure the connection address is exactly like this:
app1.CollectionLibrary.com:2997/CollectionLibrary
I just tried the website and also connecting with the Admin Utility. Everything appears to be up and running. Please let me know if you continue to have problems. If you do, please provide more detailed explanation of what steps you are doing and I'll try to help!
