What was the relationship between the Flamingo Capri Hotel/Casino which was located at 3535 Las Vegas Blvd South
(Now the Imperial Palace) and the Bugsy Segal/Meyer Lansky built Flamingo Casino/Hotel which is located next door at
3555 Las Vegas Blvd South? Did they have the same owners at one or more point? Was the Flamingo Capri simply
piggybacking on the other Flamingo's name and reputation to confuse customers and drum-up business for themselves?

I'd would appreciate if someone could give some clarification on the history of the these two properties.
