I collect notched chips.
Notched with manufactures ads on back are worth less than actual produced chips, that are notched.
NV nothched are worth more than others.
Just my opinion.

Before GPI, PS notched some of almost every run of chips they produced. GPI will now only notch a few samples if the Casino wants to see the actual chips before actual production. An executive must sign for them, and that makes him responsible if they get out.
