Got the ones on the right this weekend at the Rio from the WSOP registration desk. Note this years cards have the website address. The back has the new design of this year's new cards with all the new added properties.

The ones on the left I got at Harrahs in Laughlin (they still have a box or two). These are last year's cards. Note the little chip on the upper left and no website. They were out of the diamond cards (too bad). The back has the old design from last year (no Caesars, Ballys, Paris, Horseshoe etc).

I couldn't get the 7 Stars card since I don't qualify. The card has the same design as the regular 7 Stars card with and additional silver "WSOP" hotstamp. Not an impressive card design.
