Notched Paul-Son samples of issued chips with S/N's usually have no serial number or '0000'
This example is quite possibly an error on the issued chip with the operator failing to set the machine to stop at 1500 and was consequently notched for that reason. Note the S/N is 1502 of 1500. Possibly unique. I will sell for $500. Email me if interested.
