Yes/No- you can use the scans for ebay sales ONLY if you put on there that the scan is representative of the chip you are selling, and not a scan of the actual chip. I can see the possible use for LE's, but certainly not for any chip other then that. Again, you always need to make it clear that the chip is not the one they are getting. Otherwise, it is misrepresentation. Since the scans are of my chips....I sure hope you won't be selling MY chips on ebay !
