I don;t send out services packs, you have to download them. It's the same way with Windows and all other programs that put out improvements, fixes and improved security features, etc in the form of service packs.

All you need to do is click on the link I gave in the previous post, and click on the one for your version (Version 5) The chip scan cd was mailed with your program. You need to save it onto your hard drive to utilize it.
