I have the same problem as Roy Baldwin. I bought your Collector's Assist at the convention in 2004. It is Version 5.1.9. At this year's convention you told me that I could down load the service pack and be completely up-to-date.
However your webpage on "Technical Support" indicates that the service pack for V5s is different than the service pack for V6s. How do us V5ers become up-to-date V6ers????????
