Don't know if of any value but there are tokens listed for two Las Vegas establishment called The Flame. One on 1 Desert Inn Road and the other on Sahara. Have no idea if they had table games at any time.
Just speculation on my part.
The D.I address token is 1990 and the Sahara is 1995.
