Went to the St. Rita School for the Deaf festival. Picked up these chips playing blackjack. I was told that the "Sertoma" refers to an organization that helps the hearing impaired thoughout the country. It is short for "Service to Mankind". Was also told these chips have been in used off and on since the 1960s.
