Outside The U.S. It Is Common
In Response To: Bone Snapper ()

to use the period where we use the comma in numbers (i.e. 1.000.000 is one million) and to use the comma where we use the decimal point. So all you can say about "2,50" is that it is 2 1/2 of something outside the U.S.
