I've seen this before... maybe ChuckM has one in his $2.50 chip collection? It appears to be bone or ivory and it's serialized. Size is only 32 mm in diameter. What do you supposed it would have been used for? Does the apostrophe at the top provide any clue as to where it might have been used?
