The formula would be the same.
Different casinos would fill their tables differently.
One casino might fill with 2 barrels of $2.50 and a 2nd casino might fill with 4 barrels of $2,50.
It really depends on what level of action they are marketing to.
Table racks vary on the amount of barrels they have.
Lets say they are using a 16 barrel rack.
They figure out how many barrels they want for each denom, then use a formula to get the total.
Ive seen casinos consider 60 chips per barrel as full and I've seen others consider 40 chips per as a full barrel.
There is no way to answer your question without knowing how much is considered a full rack.
