Have little info re 119 and 1939 chips. What I do know is the 1939 chip was delivered to Hemenway (maybe mispelled Hemingway?) & Moser, Salt Lake City in 1939(Huh? -- 1939!!!!???).

The 119 chip was delivered to E.M. O'Neil, Chicago, IL in 1929

DAC (Denver AC) is a USPC wide inlay chip (as opposed to the more common small inlay BURT chip ---Like anyone cares besides me)
