I surely could never have accumulated the chips I have, here in Indiana, without the computer. But I wonder if the ease of locating just about anything you want at the touch of a button hasn't cheapened it all a little. I have always collected. My parents were antique collectors and I fondly remember driving hours just to meet a guy who knew a guy... Then would come the dickering and trading, no paypal of course. I think we took more satisfaction from far fewer finds because we had earned them, and it was ok if we didn't own every known variation in unused condition.

I'll keep checking eBay, no doubt. But you are right Ken, those folks without the computer are getting a bonus we miss.
