and realize the more one tosses flames the more others will do the same. I believe that if they are ignored [not even read] then it will be like putting a damp rag over the whole thing and soon will go away. Put oil on the fire and it will grow.
Have something personal to 'discuss' then do it in a personal manner via email. Leave the rest out of the whole mess.
I and I believe many are feed up with the whole matter, that is, in my opinion.
From the pictures I have seen I doubt there are many on the board under fifty - act your age.
