I believe it's the GOVERNOR'S balanced budget that is SUBMITTED for approval, not the other way around John. It's the increased sales tax proposal by Governor Corzine that is the stumbling block.

BTW: The NJ State employees will receive back pay for their days off after the final budget is adopted ... while the casino employees and their vendors and suppliers will not.
