How unique are the items you bought? Can they be found somewhere else? I don't know if you paid yet but I think I would bail out of the sale and if you did pay I would try to get PayPal (you did say you used PayPal didn't you?) to charge it back to your account provided it is new information you discovered after the sale.

That is ridiculous someone basically leaving their store unattended for that long.
