It looks like the Taylor & Co. indian design. It's not a typical Taylor mold, but they did sell a few checks on Monarch and Chain molds.

Taylor & Co sold this design to a few different customers. Most can be eliminated because they were documented T-molds or Harp molds, and some were denomination chips. It could still be either of these two:
