Gotta love that, you pay the extra money for a hand sort and the Post Office still runs the bubble mailer thru the sorter, most likely jamming it and giving the receiver a chip in perfect condition................to go in the trash.

It is my experience with working with the Post Office pretty much daily the most of them only are concerned about two things: How long the line gets and taking their next break.
