I remember this as a childhood carnival game where you would pay like a buck to play and the prize was a stuffed animal etc.
Instead of numbers the holes were represented by colors and you placed your money on the color you thought the mouse would choose.
My father insisted the game could be beaten because the mouse would always seek out a dark color so if you put your money on a dark color your advantage increased.
No significance here... just a trip down memory lane.....
