To those of us who make most of our income from tips..... all I can say is "THANK YOU!!!!".

Your attitude is TERRIFIC!, and your father taught you well.

I can't tell you how many times in the past 27 years I have given "my all" to a customer, and went "above and beyond" to provide them with the best service possible, and after hours of play, they walk away winning thousands, or sometimes hundreds of thousands, of dollars, and I don't even get a "Thank you".

Never change your attitude!!!
